Introduction
These are the terms and conditions on which Research Information Ltd agrees to provide you with our print and online products to which you have subscribed. By subscribing to and accessing this material, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should not subscribe to receive these periodicals.
Although these terms and conditions are targeted to our End User subscribers, where relevant and appropriate they also apply to subscription agents.
Conditions of sale
It is important that a copy of the remittance instruction to your bank is also mailed to us and that you quote your subscriber/invoice number and order number. This will ensure that we can trace your payment and process your order promptly.
Invoicing currencies
Online Access
Individual subscribers cannot pass online access details to others, since the Personal rate is for personal use only. Kindly note that if there is any infringement of this rule then we reserve the right to charge the individual at the full institutional rate including for the previous two years of their subscription.
Print Materials
Dispatch
Cancellations
Your subscription may only be cancelled with effect from the expiry of your current subscription period. You can notify us of cancellation before the expiry of your subscription.
If you do not renew your subscription it will expire at the end of your current subscription period and you will be deemed to have cancelled your subscription.
Claims
Claims for missing issues will be met, free of charge, if made within six months of the date of dispatch or payment date. Claims for missing issues must be made in writing to us or by email to info@researchinformation.co.uk. We reserve the right to reject a claim if we have evidence that the material has been despatched to you. Multiple claims for the same issue will be rejected.
Customers resident in the EU and VAT
Orders, queries and claims
Orders, queries, and claims should be addressed to your nearest office address or sent by email. Payment by bank transfer, cheque and credit card is accepted.
End user information
Ordering procedures
When ordering please include the following details for each journal:
1. complete title(s);
2. year and volume(s);
3. ISSN(s);
4. full “send-to” address and full “end-user” address, including zip/postal code and country name (if this is different from the previous year, please include the old address);
5. your current subscription number;
6. the total value of the order.

Payment details
Pay by credit card/debit card. Complete our Remittance Instructions with your card details, or phone is +44 (0)1628 600 499. Please do not submit your card details by email as it is not a secure way of sending this information.
We accept credit card payments with orders placed by phone and/or post. The following payment cards are accepted: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit.
